Workplace Mental Health
Talks and Workshops for sustainable performance, clarity, and well-being at work
Many workplace mental health talks miss the mark. Not because the topic isn’t important, but because the conversation isn’t grounded in the realities of demanding jobs. Generic advice, surface-level self-care, or overly clinical language often leaves employees feeling unseen and leaders wondering what actually changed.
Allison’s workplace mental health talks are designed for organizations that want something more practical and meaningful. These sessions are tailored to the real pressures employees face, the culture they’re working within, and the expectations they’re navigating every day.
Drawing on her prior experience in Human Resources, along with her work as both a therapist and career coach, Allison brings an integrated perspective to these conversations. She understands how workplace stress shows up, individually and collectively, and what it takes to support mental health in a way that’s realistic, actionable, and aligned with sustainable career growth.
Each talk is customized to the organization and focused on clear, usable takeaways. Employees leave feeling understood and supported, and organizations can feel confident they’re investing in their people in a way that goes beyond checking a box.
About Allison
Allison brings a unique blend of corporate experience and formal psychological training to workplace mental health work.
Before becoming a therapist, Allison spent years working in Human Resources across financial services and technology, including roles at Goldman Sachs, Morgan Stanley, and within the tech sector. She worked closely with senior leaders and high-performing teams navigating pressure, change, and complex organizational dynamics.
Allison holds formal training in psychology from Columbia University and now works as a therapist and career coach supporting adults with anxiety, perfectionism, burnout, and career-related stress. Her work is grounded, practical, and deeply informed by how people actually function under pressure.
This dual perspective allows Allison to speak fluently about:
How workplace dynamics really operate
Why stress and self-doubt show up even when people are “doing well”
What meaningful, sustainable change actually looks like
Clients and audiences consistently describe her style as warm, insightful, and actionable.
What to Expect
These workshops and talks are designed to resonate with employees across roles and levels. They’re structured, thoughtful, and grounded in realities of high-pressure environments, not abstract theory.
Participants often leave feeling:
Less alone in their experience
More understood and validated
Clearer about what contributes to stress and burnout
Better equipped with practical tools they can actually use
Sessions blend insight, reflection, and applied strategies in a way that feels accessible and respectful. They are not therapy, and no one is asked to disclose personal information. Instead, the focus is on common challenges, and collective understanding.
